Want to host your own event?

Are you looking for a fresh and meaningful way to raise funds for your school, PTA, daycare, church, or organization? Consider hosting a Personality Portrait event.

Here’s how it works:

We choose a date and location that works for your group. I take care of the entire setup, including creating a custom booking page specifically for your organization and managing all scheduling.

Your role is simple. Share the event with your community and encourage families to participate.

On the day of the event, I ask that two volunteers be available to help with check in and keeping things running smoothly.

Your organization receives a percentage of the profits from the event. The exact percentage is determined based on the size and scope of the group.

To ensure the event is successful, bookings must be scheduled 1 to 3 months in advance and require a minimum of 25 participating families.

In order to be successful, I require a minimum lead of 1 month for events. The most successful events have 2-3 months of time ahead to advertise.

A minimum of 25 families need to sign up in order to run the event.

I will provide you with marketing materials you can have printed or share on social media. I will also create a shared Facebook event.

I do ask for one point person to help me with organization and marketing. On the day of the event, we just need 1-2 volunteers to help with crowd control.

If you have less than 30 families attend, your organization will receive 10% of the profits. If 30 or more families attend, you will receive 15% of profits.

Absolutely! The more the merrier. Anyone can sign up for a personality mini and the more participants mean more money for your organization.

Where will my event take place?

The event can be hosted at my Etters, PA studio or at a location of your choosing. Churches, VFWs, etc make great locations if you'd like to find a venue closer to where your organization is based.

Of course! While the majority of my work takes place in and around Central PA - I am always open to traveling to you. I serve clients in Baltimore, MD, Gettysburg, State College, Reading, Chambersburg, and beyond!

40 families must be signed up for events held outside of 35 miles of 17370.

She makes you feel comfortable and confident from the second you start working with her, which makes the whole experience so fun and easy. She is also always AMAZING with kids! Every time our family does photos we have always had so much fun! She has an incredible talent for capturing moments perfectly and making you look and feel your best. And somehow she gets photos back CRAZY fast — like seriously impressive turnaround time. The quality of her work is next level and honestly unlike anyone else. Kate made my dream pictures become reality! Through both my engagement pictures and wedding, I didn’t find a ‘lifelong’ photographer.
