CONSULTATION
During your consultation, we will chat about wardrobe, prepping for your session, and what you need to bring (not much!). This is also when you will tell me your vision for the session and we will plan the session of your dreams.
YOUR SESSION
On the day of your session, you can relax knowing that I’ll be guiding you through every step of the shoot. From the moment we start, I’ll be there to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. We will laugh and play through your session. Even dads will have fun, and the kids will be engaged in playful games that bring out their genuine smiles and personalities. It's all about capturing those authentic, joyful moments that you'll cherish forever.
PROOFING
After your session, I'll carefully review and select the best images that truly capture the essence of your experience. You’ll have the opportunity to view the absolute best of the best from your session and choose only the images you absolutely love.
DELIVERY
This is the best part! Approximately 1 week after your session you'll receive your fully edited gallery of beautiful timeless images. If you've purchased any artwork, you'll receive it within 6-8 weeks of your ordering appointment.

The Kate McCord Photography studio is centrally located just off I-83, perfectly situated between York, Harrisburg, and Mechanicsburg. Inside, we have everything needed to capture stunning newborn photos in a comfortable, stress-free environment.
I provide all the essentials for your session, including a wardrobe for mama and children. The studio is stocked with diapers and wipes, so you don't have to worry about bringing anything. We also have a well-stocked snack cabinet and toys to keep older siblings entertained while they wait.
