Step 1: Secure Your Date
The process begins with a non-refundable session fee that reserves your date on my calendar and secures your time with me. This fee is applied toward your final collection and allows us to thoughtfully plan your session.
Your selected collection balance is due 7 days prior to your session, so everything is taken care of before you arrive. This keeps your session day relaxed and helping you focus fully on the experience rather than logistics.

Kate McCord offers sessions in her York County studio as well as on location in various cities in Central PA. Kate's travel radius includes Hershey, Lancaster, Carlisle, Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg, York and more!

Truly in love with our session proofs! Kate is a total pro! She has the eye for the outfits (even if you're not sure about getting "fancy") she knows what makes a great photo. She tells you how to stand and how to to move so that if you're a bit awkward like me, you'll still end up with great shots.
We had the most wonderful experience with Kate. Our session consisted of four families (15 of us!) for a very special photo. She was so great with our little kids (babies and toddlers) and staged our pictures perfectly. Highly recommend Kate and her work.
